ShockAlarm Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase; they must be in the original unopened package and undamaged. You must request a Return Authorization prior to sending back your ShockAlarm. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns will be inspected by ShockAlarm prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid for by the customer. Any and all returns may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
